How we sell

Our Pro tools are digital products sold through Gumroad, which takes the payment for us. School licences are paid by invoice. If something isn't right, we want to put it right.

Pro tools

If a Pro tool doesn't work or isn't as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund it.

School licences

School licences can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they haven't been used. After that, refunds are by arrangement, so please get in touch.

How to ask for a refund

Email theteachervault@gmail.com with your Gumroad receipt and a short note about the problem. Refunds for Gumroad purchases go back to your original payment method through Gumroad.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
