For Grown-Ups

  • Keep sessions short — a few minutes is plenty at this age.
  • Some children may need an adult alongside them, depending on age and confidence.
  • Praise effort and having a go, not just correct answers.
  • Repeating an activity is genuinely useful — it's how new skills stick.
  • If your child loses interest, stop and come back another day. There's no rush.
